Failed Payments

In the unfortunate event of a failed payment, please follow these instructions: -
 

  • Click on My Account (at the top of the page) > View Account

  • Click on Orders

  • You should see the order at the top of the list with the status marked as 'Awaiting Payment'

  • Click on the Order Number

  • Once opened you order will display a 'Repay' button in the top right-hand corner

  • Click Repay and go back through the checkout payment process
