Failed Payments
In the unfortunate event of a failed payment, please follow these instructions: -

Click on My Account (at the top of the page) > View Account

Click on Orders
-
You should see the order at the top of the list with the status marked as 'Awaiting Payment'

Click on the Order Number

Once opened you order will display a 'Repay' button in the top right-hand corner

Click Repay and go back through the checkout payment process
