We take the security of your personal information very seriously. To make sure your payments are 100% safe we use a secure server with industry standard encryption methods for keeping your details safe at all times. We will not share your information with any third parties unless given permission.
We accept payment by credit or debit card or PayPal. For credit and debit card payments we use the SagePay gateway. If you allow it SagePay can store your details for your next purchase however these are stored safely with SagePay and can not be viewed by our staff.
Cancelling & Amending Orders
We will generally despatch the same day for this to happen we process orders very quickly, therefore if you need to cancel or amend an order please call or email to contact us immediately. Unfortunately once the items have left our premises we can not recall them.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases. For peace of mind we offer a 30 day refund policy in line with distance selling regulations. If you are unhappy with the goods that you have purchased then simply inform us we will send you a return request form. The form and goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging where possible and within 30 days. We will not accept any returns for orders we have not been notified of in advance.
We also recommend using the recorded delivery option, as we can not be liable for items sent by you; In addition please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please also pay particular attention to the packaging, for example packaging used to send delicate items such as paint may not be sufficient for a return journey and may need refreshing, we will not be able to refund items that have broken because of poor packaging.
Once the returned items are received by us a refund will be issued or a replacement sent please allow 3-5 days for this process.
NOTE: Unfortunately goods made, cut or sourced specifically to a customer's requirement are not refundable.

If you believe your goods to be faulty please do call us in the first instance. If we are unable to settle the matter over the phone we may ask you to return the goods, in some cases we will collect. If, on receipt we inspect the items and deem them not to be faulty, you will be not be refunded the return postage cost. Damage or faults arising as a consequence of inappropriate use or accident are specifically excluded from any guarantee.
In the case of some faulty items it may not be necessary to return them if you are able to find evidence to support via a photograph that shows the packaging, faulty item and packing slip. If you require further details on this option please call on 0121 550 1266.
In all cases, please keep your proof of return in case you have a future query. If you cannot provide a proof of return we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Sale of Goods Act 1979
If any product we supply fails prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect), we will provide you with an appropriate remedy e.g. repair, replacement or refund. Contact us by email by clicking here or by phone 0121 550 1266.
All prices are in GBP £ (pounds sterling). Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date / time of an order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Should the item be listed at the incorrect price we reserve the right to retract from sale and refund you in full. Additionally in line with Distance Selling Regulations we are bound to inform you that we consider the contract concluded once your item has been safely received at the address on the order.
