Terms & Conditions
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. To make sure your payments are 100% safe we use a secure server with industry standard encryption methods for keeping your details safe at all times. We will not share your information with any third parties unless given permission.
We accept payment by credit or debit card or PayPal. For credit and debit card payments we use the SagePay gateway. If you allow it SagePay can store your details for your next purchase however these are stored safely with SagePay and can not be viewed by our staff.
We offer for sale on our website all the pre-order models offered for sale in the ranges of the major manufacturers. Since the initial announcement of these models is often well in advance of their actual release, we have decided to offer you the opportunity to pay using the following methods: -
- Deposit: Just a small deposit (10% or 20%) is required to secure your purchase. The balance will be requested to be paid prior to despatch once the model is actually released by the manufacturer. In the event of a withdrawal of the model by the manufacturer then a full refund will be given. This also guarantees the price paid is the one shown at the time of ordering (EO&E).
- Deferred Payment: The deferred option can be selected at checkout and this option takes you through the checkout process but only seeks an authorisation from your bank that the payment will be accepted. The bank holds the payment until we request the completion of the transaction. However, the payment is only held for 30 days before it expires. In this case then we will contact you for you to make payment again. Using this option does not freeze the price if it is increased by the manufacturer prior to the model's release and the revised price is payable once the deferred term has expired.
- Full Price Upfront: If you wish to do so, you can, of course, pay in full at the time of ordering and this price will be honoured even in the event of the price being increased by the manufacturer prior to despatch.
