This kit form a part of the stone Industrial range and is an early 20th century manufacturing facility, which can be built as low relief or a stand alone building. This beautifully designed Old Factory lends itself to many uses, from a cutting edge technology facility to Bobs Bargain Warehouse and comes with a selection of signs to help you decide. You can also mix and match with other buildings in the range; Brewery PO288, Old Mill Chimney Stack PO401, Ramshackle Workshop PO286, plus it also matches the M0059 Old Mill Stonework.

It is possible to modify the Metcalfe card kits to make them fit your space or individual style, allowing for the multiple use of the same kit on your layout or diorama.
